Claire is doing a real life Self-defense scenario’s using Judo to dispose of her assailant. Claire starts out asking her assailant to attack her in several different ways. After Claire has showed how to counter attack, she explains what she has done. Claire’s attacker ends up attacking her without her asking but to his surprise Claire is still able to counter attack his attacks. By the time Claire is done with her demonstrations, her attacker is out of breath and begging for her to end it.
Claire uses several stomach throws, kneeling shoulder throws, shoulder throws, hip throws, locks and so much more. Claire is demonstrating these techniques while wearing a tight sweater, very short black skirt, and black nylons. She also performs some of the throws while wearing heels!
